Refund Policy for School and Senior Photos that are ordered from proofs
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for photos that are viewed before purchase.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR ONLINE GALLERIES.
Refund Policy for School Photos that are pre ordered without viewing proofs
Refunds are available for printed items returned within 10 days of receiving. Orders must be returned in original condition, unused, and contain all items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund requests on any Specialty item or Digital Product will not be issued for any reason.
If you are not satisfied with your child's photograph, you can have your child's photo retaken at their school if a retake day is offered or schedule an appointment at our studio located in Metairie, LA.

Non-Refundable Items: All Digital products, session fees.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item. If you paid by cash or check, refund will be in the form of a check. Online orders will be refunded to the original form of payment.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Email our support team at contact@barberitophotographers.com with your student's name, school, order number, and clear photos of the issue.
